Delivery and Returns


Postage and Packaging is charged at £4.00, (Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For) for orders weighing up to 2kg, regardless of order value. For orders over 2kg, we will advise you of any extra cost before we post. If you do not wish to pay the extra postage, we will refund you and cancel your order.

We offer a 3-5 working day standard delivery service via Royal Mail, however if you are lucky enough to live in the highlands or on an island it may take a little longer to reach you.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom

Delivery Information
Standard items will usually be sent within 2 working days of ordering. However, we generally process all orders the same day if received before 1pm on a weekday. All orders received after our 1pm deadline will be processed on the following working day. For example, place your order after 1pm on a Friday and your order will be dispatched by us on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. If an item is out of stock we will contact you advising you of the expected delivery date of stock. If you do not wish to wait for the arrival of your ordered product, we will refund your payment promptly. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products within estimated timescales.


Please note: We do not accept returns for SALE items.
If you are not happy with any product you order – don’t worry – you can always return it.

Please email us at: and let us know as soon as possible if you would like to return an item. Please return the item/s in their original condition with tags attached and all packaging, within 28 days and we will refund you. Please use the original packaging to ensure against breakages. It is important to return items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. If the item is faulty, we will replace the item free of charge or offer you a refund. We will refund or exchange your order once it is received by us.

Perishable goods, such as dog food and treats are exempt from being returned.
